Mountain pastures

In the shade of the majestic Wilde Kreuzspitze, our mountain pastures rise well over 2000 metres above sea level. It is only on these high Alpine pastures where cows can feed on a special type of grass that causes them to produce such high-quality milk. All the produce, including the Alpine milk with its favourable fatty acid ratio, are natural and healthy.
